Start off the year right with this healthy shake!

Recipe:

1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder

1 Medium Banana

1¼ Cup Original Silk Almond Milk

1 Cup Ice Cubes

 

Cooking Instructions:

Start by taking your ice and placing it in the blender. In your second step you need to peel and cut your banana into 5-6 pieces. Once you have done so you can add your banana pieces into the blender as well. Next you need to add a rounded scoopful (all protein powders usually come with a scooper cup for easy measuring) to your mixture. The last ingredient that you will be adding to the blender is your Silk original almond milk. Once all of your ingredients have been added to the blender all you need to do is pulse the blender for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy this high protein shake after a sweaty run or even for breakfast!
