pear celery salad

Preparation time: 30 minutes, Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 stalks celery chopped
  • 2 medium bartlet pears, diced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley, optional
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese diced
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp fig balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 big leaves butter lettuce

Directions

  1. In a medium sized bowl add all the ingredients except the butter lettuce and mix everything together.
  2. Arrange the butter lettuce leaves on a serving platter or on individual plates. Divide salad into 4 equal portions and put each portion into the concaved side on the lettuce.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
