Still chipping away at that 30inch #plyobox. A friend and fellow trainer gave me a great idea to “frog jump” onto the box to help me build my confidence. Box jumps are an excellent strength and power building exercise. Each box jump recruits almost every large muscle group of the body. It’s an exercise that requires much thought because one misstep can lead to injury. Box jumps are also perfect to ridding mental stress!
