Beet Salad

4 large beets boiled

¼ onion chopped

Juice of one lemon

1 tbsp fig balsamic vinegar

3 cloves of garlic crushed

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Salt to taste



  1. Peel and chop boiled beet then put them in a high rimmed bowl along with the onions.
  2. Add lemon, balsamic vinegar, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and salt.
  3. Mix salad and garnish with parsley.
