These are two pieces of equipment that you may not usually put together for work out. But when you do you get a combined effective workout to burn calories, raise your metabolism, and work all the  major muscle groups!
Here are the moves:
Bike for 1 minute
Bosu side step overs for 30 seconds
Bike with an incline for one minute
Bosu push-ups for 30 seconds
Bike sprinting for 1 minute
Bosu burpees for 30 seconds
Repeat 3 times for an intense 15-minute workout!
