  •         1 cup frozen strawberries
  •         2 tbsp cane sugar
  •         1 tsp vanilla extract
  •         Pinch of salt
  •         ½ unsweetened coconut milk
  •         3 tbsp chia seeds

Place chia seeds in a spice grinder and grind until you have created a powder. Add frozen strawberries, milk, salt, vanilla, and sugar all in one pot and let simmer low until strawberries become soft. Mash strawberries in mixture. Add chia powder into pot and stir. Pour mixture into a blender and blend until very smooth consistency. Place in mixture in small bowl with lid in refrigerator, let rest overnight and enjoy the next day for dessert or breakfast!
