Recipe

2 cups Greek yogurt
½ cup cilantro
½ large lemon
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic Powder
4-5 mint leaves

Cooking Instructions:

Remove the cilantro from the stems and chop up leaves of the cilantro and the mint. Add the mint, and cilantro to the fat free Greek Yogurt and mix. Add the salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the mixture. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, removing seeds, and add the juice to the mixture. When evenly mixed, put the entire mixture in a blender, and blend until it reaches the desired consistency. You may add in more lemon or seasonings after tasting. Chill mixture for a few hours, preferably over night, and serve over fresh cucumbers and tomatoes and enjoy!
