Battle Ropes Circuit

Do you have 3 minutes? Sure you do! In 3 minutes you can raise your metabolism for the rest of the day and get a nice quick calorie burn. Do the set multiple times for a longer workout or in between strength training for that metabolic boost. Here are the moves:

  • Alternating waves with a burpee
  • Side Lunge slams
  • Two jumps forward with alternating waves back
  • Complete each exercise for 30 seconds with a 15 seconds rest.
