Three Med Ball  Exercise Circuit for core strength:  The medicine or slam  is a versatile piece of equipment that can be used for strength and for raising your heart rate. It also lends itself to partner exercises such as the last one in the list.

Here are the moves:
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with  15 seconds rest/repeat 3 times.
Split squat jump
Rolling push up
Russian Twists single or with partner
