Cooking Instructions:

Begin this recipe by heating up your grill or your stove top. Set aside all your toppings nearby so you can use them immediately when your hotdog is finished. Spray some olive oil on either your grill or your pan and place your hotdog on the surface. You will need to turn your hotdogs a few times to ensure that it chars evenly on the surface. Once you are almost ready to remove the hotdog place the bun on the same surface. Be sure to flip the bun one time so you get a toasted bun on each side. Once both the hotdog and bun seem ready remove the bun and begin your assembly. First place a handful of alfalfa sprouts on your bun. Next place your hotdog on the bed of alfalfa sprouts. Next you want to top with relish, onions and jalapeños on the sides of the hotdog. Lastly, top your hotdog with honey mustard, reduced sugar ketchup, and low fat mayo! And there you have it, an American favorite hotdog that bites back!!
